We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash. The security deposit must be paid with a credit card.

The deposit varies by vehicle type: $450,000 CLP for sedans, $550,000 CLP for SUVs, and $690,000 CLP for 4x4 trucks. This amount is held on your credit card and released when you return the vehicle in good condition.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. With less than 72 hours notice, the reservation deposit is forfeited.

Our office is at Jorge Alessandri N° 582, Punta Arenas. We also offer pickup and return at Carlos Ibáñez del Campo Airport for an additional fee, subject to schedule availability.

Currently we only offer returns in Punta Arenas (office or airport). We don't have one-way service to other cities.
